Connie Dean-Milino was named chief operating officer in 2006, after joining the company in 2005. She is responsible for overseeing operations, finance, joint interest, customer relations, measurement and IT. Prior to working at SemCAMS, Dean-Milino gained more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Dean-Milino started her career with Dome Petroleum, and then she spent 15 years with Canadian Occidental Petroleum (now Nexen). She has worked in conventional oil and gas, international, and the midstream energy business. She joined SemCAMS in 2003 as chief financial officer. Prior to joining SemCAMS, Dean-Milino had her own consulting practice for five years.
Dean-Milino is a certified management accountant, has a bachelor’s degree in general studies and holds an MBA in ITM from Athabasca University.
